Updates

On Sunday I continued Week 15 of the Recon Ron Pull-up program. I am still not completing the full sets as written. I think I need to be more consistent with the program.

I also went for some hill sprints. That generally went okay.

This morning, I woke up early and did Day 6 of the Max Capacity Training program. I stopped after 30 minutes without completing some of the workouts.
